TEMPTATION...

I spent the better part of the day catching up on the Scripture Challenge. Temptation was a hard one for me. I had an idea in my mind, but just wasn't sure how to make it happen.. So, when I finally got started, this is what I created.

There are times in my life that decisions are clearly black and white.. it is those shades of gray that trip me up. Knowing that you are being tempted is the easy part.. you don't actually sin until you act upon that temptation...
My Verse: "Keep watch and pray, so that you will not give in to temtation. For the spirit is willing, but the body is weak. ~ Matthew 26:41"
Additonal Info
Stamps: Bella's Bloom
Paper: Basic Black, Basic Grey, Whisper White, Real Red, non-SU! dsp

TRENDY TREES W/TEXTURE...

I made this for a swap that I participated in. It was a Fall theme 6x6 scrapbook page that had to have texture. This is how I made it...

Step 1: tear coordinating cardstock and dsp, layer to create a landscape.

Step 2: Add stamped trees. I used Stampin' Ups Trendy Trees set.

Step 3: Add stitching around edged with your choice of thread (I used black). Then add a mat for photo. I'll be using the pages others made that I got from this swap for the HHN scrapbook challenge.

CUTE AS A BUG!

This is a 6x6 scrapbook page that I made for a local swap that I participate in monthly.... man, is that small! I adjusted the SBSC85 layout. Stacked bugs are where a small, wallet-sized photo would go. I really like how this turned out and love these colors together.

STAMP: Cute as a bug

PAPER: bashful blue, real red, whisper white, summper picnic dp

INK: SU! markers, stazon
