I made this for today's TLC ~ to use chipboard covered in dp. I made my own chipboard tag using thick cardboard and covered it in brown and purple dp. The image is from HAMBO STAMPS. Love that mischievious witch! I attached my tag to a little Halloween treat bag by Martha Stewart.

Really cute! I like the liquid pearls surrounding the image. This would make me want to be late on purpose so I could give a gift in such a cute way!
