This entire card (except the base, ribbon, and black panels) is made from wallpaper samples sent to me by my good friend Anne, aka Itsapassion. She sent all of the Dare girls samples to create with for the Doubledog Dare Challenge a couple of weeks ago. I'm sorry this is late Anne... but it sure was fun, and I love the way this turned out!

This is soooo pretty, Beverly....the wallpaper is gorgeous and I love the little inchies!!! Love the gingham in the background, too, and the ribbon is the icing on the cupcake!!!
